Prepare for a winery tour that starts with a warm welcome from your host or a family member. Tour the cellars to learn about the vineyard’s history and wine-making process and see the machinery and barrels. Enjoy a wine-tasting session in a dedicated room, sampling four wines: two IGT Toscana wines, a Chianti Classico, and a Chianti Classico Riserva. Learn about the unique flavors of each wine during the tasting session, too. Pair the wines with two Tuscan cheeses and a variety of mini bruschetta with vegetarian toppings like olives, peppers, tomatoes, and basil. If time allows, take a peaceful walk through the vineyards.
