The tour includes a walk through the 10-hectare vineyard, with five hectares dedicated to Trebbiano Modenese grapes. These grapes are key to making the excellent balsamic vinegar here. Tasting this vinegar will show you the difference between traditional and commercial balsamic, offering a new perspective on this delicious product.
