Your driver will be waiting at the arrival door inside the airport, or at your hotel, holding a sign with your name on it. Delayed? No drama. There's a 1 hour free waiting time for domestic flights, 2 hours free for long-haul flights, and 15 minutes free waiting time at your hotel or apartment in the city center. However, if you exceed these waiting times, you will need to make another reservation, and the first one will be charged. **Luggage allowance:** Car (1-2 people): 1 medium suitcase per person or 2 large suitcases + 1 carry-on. Minivan (3 - 6 people): 1 medium suitcase per person (max. 6 medium suitcases)
