Description
This Arabian-themed night is a celebration of the Algarve's rich traditions with a performance of belly dancing and an array of Arabian cuisine.
Savor a glass of wine as you watch an incredible belly dancing show. Get ready for a delicious menu: start with some delicious homemade pitta. Then, taste the hummus, accompanied by crisp celery and carrot sticks. A serving of vegetable couscous marks your second delicious moment.
Next up, savor the shakshuka â a tomato-based dip or soup, garnished with a perfectly poached egg and babaganoush, a smooth aubergine-based dip or soup.
The feast continues with kofta lamb kebab before finishing on a sweet note, the Roz bel Laban â an Arabic-style rice pudding.
