Begin with a walk through the historic center, starting at Avenida dos Aliados where you'll see the iconic architecture. From this point, you'll spot the Clérigos Tower, and along the way, pass by a McDonald's recognized for its unique design. Your next stop is São Bento Train Station, where you'll learn about its history while admiring its famous tilework that showcases Portuguese culture. The walk then leads you to the Porto Cathedral (Sé), one of the city's oldest monuments, where you'll learn about its history from the outside. From there, head to the Fernandina Wall, which offers views of Porto. The walk concludes at Batalha Square, where you'll board a comfortable coach that will take you to Vila Nova de Gaia. There, you'll visit a Port wine cellar to explore the wine-making process and enjoy tasting three Port wines. The half-day tour wraps up back in Porto’s city center, where you first boarded the coach.
