Continue with a guided walk through Madrid de los Austrias, passing landmarks such as Mercado de San Miguel, Plaza Mayor, Restaurante Botín, Puerta Cerrada, and Calle Huertas. Next, visit a traditional bar to taste Iberian pork cheeks (carrilleras) with mashed potatoes, served with a glass of red wine.
