You'll find jade carvings dating back to a time before dynasties, bronze bells from the ninth century BC, and scrolls stretching out more than six meters at the National Palace Museum.
Their huge collection boasts some of the most important works to be produced in China, including paintings by Huang Gongwang, the Mao Gong ding and one of the museum's most important objects – the intricately carved jadeite cabbage.
