Begin an audio tour of the cathedral’s exterior. Listen to stories about Gothic architecture, the minster gardens, and the new statue of Queen Elizabeth II. Enter York Minster with the mobile app guiding your visit. Listen to commentary on your smartphone as you go through 1400 years of English history. Capture photos of the Five Sisters window, which honors women who died in WWI. Learn about the Chapter House, Undercroft Museum, and other important areas of the cathedral. This ticket includes a free guided tour of the cathedral with stories and facts about the venue's 800-year-old history. The tours run from Monday to Saturday between 10:00–15:00. The tours exploring the Minster's collection of medieval stained glass also run from Monday to Friday from 11:00.
